The Generac SpeedWash 2900 PSI, Generac SpeedWash 3200 PSI, and Generac 3600 PSI Pro models ship Standard Ground Delivery.
The Generac 3800 PSI Pressure Washer and Generac 4200 PSI Pro Pressure Washer are shipped via motor freight due to their size and weight. We offer four delivery methods for items shipped via motor freight.
Accessories for Generators and Pressure Washers are not eligible for free shipping. Please refer to the Standard Shipping rates above.
We ship to hundreds of trucking depots across the U.S. When we receive your order, we will determine the trucking depot closest to you. Most will load your machine into your vehicle (you’ll need to have a pickup truck or trailer).
Choose a business in your area to have your machine delivered to. The business you select must have a loading and off-loading facility and must accept delivery during normal business hours (without advance notification). Typical businesses used by our customers include feed stores, lumber yards, building supply centers, etc.
Your home and driveway must be accessible to a tractor-trailer, and someone must be home to accept delivery. Because the driver is not required to unload your machine, you should plan on having a couple of sturdy 10-foot planks (2″ thick x 10″ wide, minimum) and at least one or two helpers to help remove the machine from the truck.
Our most comprehensive option. Your machine will be removed from the truck by the driver and placed on the ground. Someone must be available to accept delivery, and your home and driveway must be accessible to a tractor-trailer.
When you place an order, we will provide you with alternative shipping options. We will ship using the method you have requested. You are responsible to pay shipping and handling costs at the time of placement of your orders.
Title and risk of loss for the Products you order pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipment carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Estimated delivery times are determined based on the method of shipping chosen when Products are purchased and the destination of the Products. We are not liable for any delays in shipment.
We will ship your Products to an address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions. We limit the delivery of the Products outside the US. If we cannot ship the Products, we will refund the entire amount you tendered including any shipping, handling, insurance, or other costs.
Unless you are from Minnesota you will never pay sales tax.
We are required by law to collect sales tax if we make a sale in the same state we do business. Because we have only one location in one state, sales tax does not need to be collected outside of our state. However, in some states, individuals are required to claim/pay sales and use tax on their yearly tax returns.
If you live in Minnesota, you will be charged the required sales tax on your order.
Residential deliveries are deliveries that are made to non-commercial addresses regardless of the presence of a company name at that address. Only heavyweight deliveries (see below) are subject to these additional charges. To avoid these additional charges other options are available for delivery such as shipping them to the nearest truck terminal for pickup in your area or by shipping it to an alternate address such as a work address. These charges are incurred due to the need for switching your order from a large truck to a smaller one for delivery to your home. Large trucks cannot drive onto residential streets. Liftgate trucks are specially designed trucks that have a lowering system to remove your product from a truck to the ground. This can be added at an additional charge if there is no way for you to remove such a large package yourself. Please contact our office for further information and rate quotes.
Lightweight is a term that refers to items weighing less than 100 lbs (unless otherwise noted). These are standard items that can easily be shipped via UPS or FedEx based upon their lightweight or smaller package dimensions. These items can be shipped to any commercial or residential location easily via a common freight carrier.
Heavyweight is a term that applies to equipment weighing more than 70 lbs (unless otherwise noted) or of which the package size exceeds maximum dimension shipping capacities. These items normally ship via a freight carrier to your location. Residential charges may be incurred due to the need to switch your order from a larger truck (like an 18 wheeler) to a smaller one to be able to drive up residential streets.
We don’t experience many problems with freight damage but it does happen on occasion.
It is very important to check your freight package for any damage before signing for it. If damage is present you have the right to decline delivery. We recommended this only if the damage is severe or more than surface damage. A light dent or scratch in a panel can be replaced easily but any damage to the engine area or any signs of the package being dropped are grounds for refusing your package. If you decide to keep the package make sure all damages are noted on the delivery bill before you sign. We also suggest you take photos of the damage if possible. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the freight company for damages. Consult the driver for instructions on filing a claim and a number to call to file your claim.

You have the option of shipping using United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is guaranteed and tracking information is provided using UPS. The delivery date is an estimate and not guaranteed with USPS.

Ground Shipping: All ground orders placed by 1:00pm MST Monday – Friday will ship from our warehouse within 36 hours.
All shipments of parts and products within the contiguous United States are delivered F.O.B. Multiquip Regional Distribution Center and will be transported by truck from such point at Purchaser’s expense unless otherwise specified. Multiquip’s responsibility for damage or lost goods ceases upon tender of delivery to the carrier.
Parts are shipped prepaid with actual freight charges added to the invoice. Orders may source from multiple Regional Distribution Centers and result in additional freight charges to the Purchaser. Backordered parts are shipped prepaid with no freight charge unless Purchaser requests expedited premium services (e.g. air courier, DHL, UPS, FedEx), in which case such parts shipped prepaid with freight charges added to the invoice.
Products, unless otherwise specified, will have a shipping/handling charge calculated as a percentage of net order value, added to the invoice in lieu of actual freight charges. The shipping/handling charge is calculated in accordance with the Multiquip United States Freight Program. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be invoiced with actual freight charges added to the invoice.
Product sales from field stock (consignment inventory) will incur a freight charge of 4.75% of net order value added to the invoice, except for Heavy Equipment and Non-Serialized Accessories which will be invoiced with actual freight charges added to the invoice.
Products and parts picked-up at Multiquip Regional Distribution Centers may be subject to additional freight charges, which will be added to the invoice.
Shipments from Canada into the United States may incur fees and duties payment of which are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
